We define the project, site conditions, budget range, and deliverables. You receive a written proposal with scope, fee, and timeline.
Design
Concept and schematic design with review rounds. Nothing advances to engineering until the design is approved by you.
Engineering
Full detail-engineering package: drawings, specifications, and quantities ready for pricing and construction.
Delivery & support
Digital delivery of all documents, plus optional procurement and technical support during construction.

AN21 LLC is a design and engineering company registered in New Mexico, United States. Our team combines architectural design experience with hands-on construction and procurement work across international projects.
Because we estimate costs, source materials, and follow projects through execution, our drawings are made to be built — with realistic specifications, available materials, and quantities a contractor can price directly.
We work remotely with clients internationally. All deliverables are digital, and projects are billed in U.S. dollars with clear, milestone-based payment terms.
Project fees typically range from USD 500 to USD 8,000 depending on scope. Payments are invoiced per milestone and can be made by credit or debit card through a secure payment link, or by bank transfer.
